About a week ago, I posted this win-win proposal that would create a much needed booking center and move all Knox County Sheriff’s Offices to the TVA East Tower and of course UT wants half the tower as well. Knox County Sheriffs Office would have the garage that comes with the TVA East Tower/Summer Place.

All the feedback I have received has been positive. I have been complimented for a well reasoned proposal.

It has occurred to me, that with the TVA East Tower being a federally secured facility makes sense for the Knox County Sheriffs Office as they already have a federal government partnership already with ICE through the 287g initiative.
