When TN Governor Winfield Dunn announced his candidacy for Governor in 1970, he said, “Support me if you can, Oppose me if you must, but above all participate.”

I have quoted Governor Dunn since at least 1990. So today, if you are a City of Knoxville voter do what Governor Dunn asked, PARTICIPATE.
