I have been informed that all eight Knox County properties that School Board Mike McMillan is responsible for have been made current of their owed Knox County property taxes. Here on January 17, we reported about a couple being paid current, but that there were others. Of course, the original January 13 story is here.

Hopefully, the payments being made are an indication that McMillan is better, he hasn’t attended a School Board meeting since December 2019, was unable to attend a political forum a few weeks ago. Of course, there is a court date on March 10 that his Attorney believed he could make when appearing on his behalf in court a few weeks ago.

We also hope the cattle that were sold and at other farms are recovering as well.
