Sources close to the 27 member Knox County Charter Review Committee informed me that Powell area Knox County Commissioner Charles Busler has submitted to the Charter Review Commission for review a proposal to eliminate the at Large County Commissioner positions. Busler must not like Larsen Jay and Justin Biggs.

Maybe someone can propose that Commissioners must remain at the meetings and not be able to get up and walk out when they are feeling some heat, call it the Busler Initiative.
