My good friend James Corcoran, Knoxville Attorney and Republican State Executive Committeeman is the Chair of the Knox County Board or Zoning Appeals.

A position that is guaranteed to make half the people angry and the other half happy. It is an appointed body that have to hear both sides and figuratively split the baby. Someone has to serve from each Commission district and it is nice to know a good guy like James is Chairman.
