Knox County Charter Review Committee met this evening there was much drama. I am sure many more posts to follow, Committee Member Mike Arms confronted Committee Member Bill Johns over an email he sent to the committee (which I asked for)

So Nick Pavlis had emailed the Commission Secretary to advise his intent to have an item brought before the Committee, The Commission Secretary sent it to the committee to advise.

Johns then proceeds to deliberate to a conclusion about his belief to the entire committee that nothing should be brought back up.

Johns appears guilty of violating the instruction Law Director Bud Armstrong gave the committee about not talking to each other about any item outside an actual meeting.
