Virginia Couch and Eddie Mannis. Candidates for TN State House District 18 were on WBIR’s talking heads show this morning.

Unlike in the past with Mannis and Gina Oster or Martin Daniel and GREG Mackay or Daniel and Brandy Price, or  Daniel and James Corcoran and/or Steve Hall or Daniel and Hall.

With this race, they both appeared similar in their views. It seemed Mannis was just wanting to be similar to Couch and was not solid on any issues. Couch says she is NOT undecided. Mannis said he is a moderate compared to Daniel.

Couch is an Attorney and a small business Entrepreneur. Mannis is a businessman.

On the issue of women’s reproductive health and abortion. Mannis referred to failed adoption effort in 2019 by he and his partner.

Mannis positioned himself under a chandelier that gave the effect of a hat during the interview.
