So, Natalie Allison with the Tennessean has this story about August 2019 when Metro Nashville Police Department had conversations with an Attorney of the bomber and his girlfriend about the bomber’s activity. MNPD passed it on to FBI, Department of Defense and the checks never produced enough to come up with a search. Yesterday, TBI Director David Rausch said this guy was never on their radar. FBI Spokesman Darrell Debusk was once KPD Spokesman while Rausch was KPD Chief. How often do we see, tips are never adequately investigated?
