Back in 1998, I had been the point guy for Mike Arms Republican Primary for Knox County Commission, Fifth District against a former Knoxville Chamber President, with the money and pretty people. Arms won.

Also, in that Primary Child Support Judge Wayne K. Houser, Jr. beat out several candidates to be the Republican nominee for Knox County Chancery Court Judge. Several lawyers that helped Houser win the Primary, asked me to be the point man for Houser in the General Election, I did and it was close, Fansler 23,079 to Houser 21,150 a difference 1,929.

On December 28, 2020 Houser left this earth. His obituary is here. The service is tomorrow and graveside is Wednesday. Rest well Judge! Till we meet again.
