After the more than six hour beer revocation hearing yesterday. The Hearing Officer has REVOKED the beer license for Billiards and Brews. 

The hearing officer declines to name a monetary fine for the numerous violations. However, he did order Billiards and Brews  to compensate the City of Knoxville for the cost of the Court Reporter and the Hearing Officer.

The one violation that Billiards and Brews escaped was “with the exception of an allegation of disorderly conduct relating to the shooting of a person on the premises of the Permittee.”
