Knox Sheriff & KPD Auction, Why NOT on GovDeals?

So Knox County Sheriff and Knoxville Police Department are auctioning more than 400 lots of confiscated items at Powell Auction tomorrow online. Why are they not using GovDeals like nearly all government surplus are sold? Did Sheriff Spangler have a campaign event at Powell Auction? Just a question, no accusation.
