TN Republican State Executive Committeeman Scott Smith said “Indya Kincannon’s action of pulling police out of the schools may be an act of child neglect and willful endangerment. If students are put in harms way by someone committing a violent criminal act at a school in the future without a peace officer there to midigate the situation and prevent harm to the innocent, Kincannon should be charged with reckless endangerment of every child present at that school and at that time.

Smith asked, “do you really hate children that much to put them in danger than to agree with me? Smith went on to say that, If you are for peace and prosperity than you must stand for law and order.”
