August 31 is the City of Knoxville Primary Election for 5 City Council seats. District 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. Early Voting is August 12-26.

Three of the races have three candidates in the Primary, meaning one will be eliminated on August 31. District 4 is one of the three and Jim Klonaris, Entrepreneur  is one of those candidates working hard to make it past August 31 and go to a win on November 2.
