David Hayes, Jen McMahon and Deidra Harper all three were the 2021 City Council Movement candidates that were the lowest vote getters on the August 31 Primary, however that did not keep them from getting numerous write-in votes in the November 2 General Election.

David Williams former City Council candidate received write-in vote.

Council Members Amelia Parker, Gwen McKenzie, Tommy Smith and Charles  Thomas all got write-in votes.

Of course Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Herman Munster got votes.

Citizen Activist and Candidate for TN Governor in 2022 Constance Every got write-in vote(s).

Former failed Second District County Commission candidate Grant Rosenberg got a write-in vote.

The most creative write-in votes was Herrera Lost.

If I missed listing your write-in vote, it was not intentional. I try to give a good sample of the write-in votes, this election just didn’t post a bunch of clever ones, it seems Knoxville took the election and candidates serious.

Meg McMuffin nor BrianHornback.com received write-in votes this election and that is alright.
