Jimmy Duncan, our former United States Congressman in his weekly column, compared the Sheriff to Washington, DC and wrote that the Sheriff is wrong for demanding a 30% raise and should accept the generous 8% that Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs is offering.

So far i haven’t found one official that has endorsed the 30% raise.
