Knox County School Board Spends $4.8 million for property in the Town of Farragut –

The Knox County School Board approved the expense of $4.8 million for land on Boring Road for land in the Town of Farragut. There is a lot to come on this in the future. In August 2022 a lame duck School Board and County Commission voted for the Scott Brothers/McFee Road Property to only let the contract expire after a delayed attempt to modify the sales contract in January 2023.

It will face the Knox County Commission agenda in the future, maybe October.
