Today is June 1st in about six weeks Early Voting will begin (July 12th) and conclude on July 27 in preparation for the Knox County General Election on Thursday August 1. Knox County Commission Chairlady Terry Hill represents Knox County’s Sixth District.

If you live, own, are registered to vote in Hardin Valley, Pellissippi State Community College, Karns Elementary, Norwood, Pleasant Ridge, Amherst and Farragut Primary you are in the Sixth District.

Chairlady Hill has broad experience from 2014-2020 as a School Board Member, experience as former School Board Chair and now completing a term on County Commission and currently serving as Chair of Commission. Hill has two adult daughters, three grandchildren.

Hill won the March 5, 2024 Republican Primary and now faces a Democrat challenger on August 1. Here is the link to the podcast with her from the Primary Election, there will be another one before July 12.
