As the word began to circulate that Senator Frank Niceley passed away, everyone was first shocked and then immediately has a story. He was one of a kind, I have more than a few Frank stories, I may post them sooner rather than later.

His and Cindy’s daughter Rachel passed away in January of this year. So he and Rachel are reunited. There are many left here to mourn, Please pray for his widow Cindy and the rest of the family and his multitude of friends.
