The Tennessean today reports that Ophelia and the Ford clan have filed a federal injunction request. It takes a lot of work to get dead people to vote and with the election voided that just negates all that hard work.

When Junior gets beat in November 2006 will he seek a federal injunction to be seated?
Will Junior intervene on his aunt’s behalf at the federal level?
Is this injunction an attempt to “scare” state senate colleagues that could be under review do to Tennessee Waltz, so that 17 votes are NOT cast to void the election Thursday?

Junior must release a statement encouraging his aunt to comply with the action of the State Senate.

I hope the federal government will investigate how these dead people actually and physically voted.
