With early voting completed for the May 5, 2026 Knox County Primary Election, a total of 32,418 early votes have been cast, with an additional 1,794 votes cast by absentee ballot and in nursing homes.

There are a total of 263,707 registered voters in Knox County as of Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

NEW VOTERS: A total of 645 first-time voters cast a ballot during the early voting period.
