Mayor Burchett in a great move yesterday began a database search on all p-card expenditures on the Knox County website. So imagine my surprise when I discovered that between 9/13/2010 to 9/21/2010 John Duncan had spent $56,599.26 utilizing a p-card. So, I called a reliable source in Knox County Government to discover that yes, John Duncan Director of Pharmacy of the Knox County Health Department made these purchases.
