I have a question regarding the Commission’s war on the Chamber Partnership.

At yesterday’s Commission Workshop Tom McAdams, representing the Chamber and Deputy Law Director David Buuck kinda went toe to toe, eyeball to eyeball on the request of Commission Chairman Norman.

Is Buuck conflicted out of this exchange? He represented a few citizens in the area of the Midway Business Park and sued the Chamber Partnership and Mike Edwards, CEO of the Chamber Partnership.

Can he now ethically and morally be in the position he finds himself? This may be the first incident where Law Director Bud Armstrong must outsource the legal expertise.
