It seemed like the middle of January on a Thursday that it snowed the Republican precincts were reorganized. It seems a couple weeks later the party met at Central High School (it snowed again) and reorganized. But here it is March 25, 2013 and this is what the TN Republican Party has for contact info. Did the Knox County Republican Party reorganize or not?
