Facebook can be such a pain. A local restaurant and a local PR firm were engaged in litigation because of a comment on Facebook. That case settled eventually with unknown settlement.

Now this from the Tennessean. Seems a Middle TN woman posted some comments about a developer, now she faces a $250,000 lawsuit. Is it really that important?
