Republican State Executive Committeewoman District Six Sally Absher is NOT running for re-election to that position. Absher is a candidate for Knox County School Board Fourth District challenging Lynne Fugate.

At 7:30 a.m. today Absher will appear on ‘The Rude Awakening’ with David ‘Shyne’ Thompson and Mike Howard on Knox Talk Radio located at AM 850 WKVL and FM 94.3 WNFZ on the radio dial.

Also, this evening from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Calhouns on Bearden Hill located at 6515 Kingston Pike Absher will kick off her campaign for the School Board.
