Patti Jane Lay, Republican Candidate, Knox Circuit Judge, Div. IV. campaign will host a reception for her on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. at the Blackhorse Pub located in Western Plaza Shopping Center at 4429 Kingston Pike in West Knoxville.
Lay faces Republican Greg McMillan in the May 6, 2014 Republican primary. The winner of the Republican primary will face the winner of the May 6 Democrat primary. Attorneys Daniel Kidd and David Valone face each other in the Democrat primary.
