Knox Democrats are Moving in the Right Direction, But Not Quickly

Back in 2005-2007 when I served as Knox County Republican Party Chairman, I would joke in interviews that the Knox County Democrats would meet in a phone booth in the Old City.

On Friday, Former Democrat County Chair and first term State Rep. Gloria Johnson staged a rally that was billed as an all county wide effort. Thanks to the Big Metal Shed on the Hill aka News Sentinel front page picture. We can see that Johnson and crew have out grown the phone booth. Unfortunately, for them they still can’t fill a Waffle House.
