Knox County Commissioner and Former one year Commission Chairman Tony Norman has sent the letter above to Commissioners and School Board Members apologizing for mis stating (lying) about the cost of per student expenditures in Knox County.

How as a retired Knox County School teacher and Commissioner for the last 8 years not know or have the ability to know what the correct per student expenditure. How did the Big Metal Shed on the Hill not fact check his op-ed and instead just ran salacious, misleading information with in my opinion was an attempt to accelerate the fire of frustration, discontentment and falsely inflaming teachers, staff and parents.

It is irresponsible of an elected official and he should be censored by the Commission at a minimum. Where else will you see this letter? No where.
