Second District Knox County School Board Candidate Jamie Rowe was the only school board candidate to be available at the public forum, sponsored by Amy Broyles and Jeff Owning. The video below is Rowe alleging that Parthenon Group was selected because they were recommended by McIntyre. Johnson and Siler correct her in that it had to do with Gates Foundation paying $900,000 of the $1.3 million.
