This morning, Knox County Democrat Chair Linda Haney and the Knox County Republican Chair were the guests on WBIR’s Inside TN. Panelist Susan Richardson Williams asked the “lame duck” Republican Chair about her October 2013 litigation filed against this website author. Panelist Don Bosch stated the “facts” according to her litigation filing. He failed to recap the information from the November 25, 2013 answer that the legal counsel representing me filed. Moderator Mike Donila correctly stated that the lawsuit target (ME) was not present in all fairness.
