So, a few weeks ago Governor Bill Haslam went to Washington, DC to present and discuss the TN Promise program. Now, Obama is coming to Knox County to discuss higher education. So, Obama is gonna take the TN Promise as his own and propose it nationally?

If only I could borrow a billboard along Pellissippi Parkway that read,

Mr. President You Didn’t Build That College Plan! – Welcome to TN Promise Country!  BrianHornback.Com  the Mega Bullhorn of Truth
 
BTW, TN Promise when it was a legislative act was captioned as the Norris/Campfield bill. Obama and Campfield, who’d thunk it possible?
