My buddy and Community Activist Walt Wojnar has a blue light out in front of his home. I asked him what is the point? He told me that it is a visible sign of support for law enforcement. If you are in Knoxville and/or Knox County it shows support for KPD and the KCSO. It would also show support from THP (Tennessee Highway Patrol).
