A source of BrianHornback.Com sent me this link to a News Channel 5 story. Apparently, a recent lawsuit against Financing Agency Morgan Stanley by a former financial adviser employee is alleging that he was Confidential Human Source #1 that first talked to the FBI concerning the Pilot / Flying J raid and investigation. The actual lawsuit alleges that he lost his job and some things were reported to the public about him. WATE in Knoxville reported the story, here.
