Today the Gibbs community got a middles school because Dr. James P. McIntyre, Jr. got Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett to blink. McIntyre delivered what Steve Hunley from 1996-2000, Jim Williams from 2000-2008, Bill Phillips from 2008-2009 and Mike McMillan from 2009-Present couldn’t deliver.

McIntyre didn’t make promises, all the others did. McIntyre delivered. All the others didn’t.
