Today, in work session the Knox County Commission voted unanimously for a $5 litigation tax for the Fourth Circuit Court (the family court) The Knox County Commission must vote by a two thirds majority in next weeks Commission meeting to impose and raise this tax.

So, much for a Conservative no new taxes Commission.
