When Martin Daniel got out of his chair inside the Cumulus Broadcasting building on July 21, 2016 and reportedly took his fists to the chest of opponent Steve Hall. Daniel was booked and fingerprinted in Mid August and currently awaits trial. I have discovered that Daniel faces trial on November 9, 2016 at 9 am in the First Knox County’s General Sessions Court.

Is it coincidental that the trial is the day after the General Election of November 8, 2016? Daniel faces Brandi Price on November 8, 2016.

In addition to the victim Steve Hall, there were several eye witnesses, Hallerin Hilton Hill, Triple H Show Producer Chris Marion, James Corcoran and Bryan Dodson.
