Knox Schools Begin the Middle School Rezonings for Hardin Valley and Gibbs

Tonight was the first “community input” meeting for the middle school rezoning’s for the Hardin Valley and Gibbs Middle Schools.
The attendees in the Farragut Middle School GymnasiumThe timeline that was presented, it says elementary rezoning’s to be voted on by May 2017.
The current middle school zones.
The current capacity and enrollment and the projected enrollment after the two middle schools open in August 2018.
A parent that asked that grandfathering for siblings be permitted. Grandfathering was a consistent theme/request.

nothing like Knox Schools misidentifying either I-40 or Pellissippi Parkway which is I-140. INHO, Interim Superintendent Thomas and/or the new Superintendent should restructure central office transportation department with competent people.
