Sixth District State Republican Executive Committeeman Ted Hatfield reports to BrianHornback.Com that Scott Golden won the Chairman position of the TN Republican Party.

60 members of the SEC voted this morning in Nashville via paper ballot…no proxies allowed….31 votes to win. Scott Golden received 33 votes

First Round Brent Leatherwood – current SEC ex. Dir. received 21 votes Scott Golden – SEC member received 21 votes and Bill Gianinni received 18 votes The 2nd round Gianinni was eliminated and between Leatherwood and Golden, Golden received 33 votes.
