WVLT Local8NewsNow reported this over the weekend about Josh (Joshua) Anderson and Molly Ridgeway’s proposed bill for the legislature to provide sign language instruction in schools. What an excellent idea! While I am typically opposed to bills and make my opposition known. On this bill, I think Josh and Molly have taken their own situation and have taken the time and effort to make a positive change in education. As a student, learning sign language would be a nice break from reading, ‘riting and ‘rithmetic.
