Heather and Justin Biggs who were married about 11 months ago on Good Morning America welcomed their baby girl Lilly Ann into the world yesterday evening.

Heather is the owner of West Knoxvill’s Tre Salon and Justin is the Collections Administrator for the Knox County Trustee’s Office. Justin is an announced candidate for Knox County Commission at Large in 2018.
