The filing deadline to qualify to be on the ballot for the City of Knoxville City Council Primary is May 18, 2017. Tonight the Town Hall East folk presented all candidates. In District Four Dan Davis, Jack Knoxville, Lauren Rider and Harry Tindell appeared.  Other potential candidate Albert O. Baah and Amelia Parker were not in attendance. Rider has returned her petition according to the list from the Knox County Election Commission.
