Tonight the Halls Republican Club hosted three of the four announced Republican candidates for Knox County Circuit Court Clerk. Each candidate will have separate stories and I will go in the order they spoke. Former Deputy Administrator of the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office Tim Wheeler spoke.
