Blount Commissioner Tona Monroe nominated Scott Williams and spoke to her support of him. She said that she had communicated extensively with Swann and he has never responded.
Blount Commissioner Tona Monroe nominated Scott Williams and spoke to her support of him. She said that she had communicated through letters extensively with State Rep. Art Swann and he has never responded.
Swann was elected with 17 votes, Williams received 3 and 4 Commissioners were absent
