In the article today, Ole Bud says it is up to the investigator to do his work. BUT, then Ole Bud goes into detail about the issues in the complaint. His words are similar to, never mind the investigator, it’s the man behind the curtain.

Could it be that Ole Bud who is term limited and unemployed in two years 8/31/2020 is protecting his County Commission cronies in the event a General Sessions Judge were to vacate their position before their term ends on 8/31/2022, then Ole Bud could be appointed by County Commission to that General Sessions Judgeship? Just a long question, maybe even a conspiracy. However, in my 35 plus years of watching Knox County Government it ain’t a far fetched idea.

Much respect to two former Knox County Law Directors,  Judge Dale Workman and Chancellor Mike Moyers who earned the public votes for a judicial position on Election Day.
