At the 2018 Knox County Republican Party Lincoln Day Dinner the table sponsors were listed on the back of the program. One was Richard Biggs.

That is NOT the father of Justin Biggs, Knox County Commission at Large Seat 11 Republican candidate. Justin’s father was there, however, he is Knox County Sheriff Chief Deputy Eddie Biggs.

It is also NOT the father of Cody Biggs, Democrat candidate for Knox County Commission Third District.

I suspect it is a misspelling of Senator Dr. Richard BRiggs. But who would have thought that in Knox County Biggs would be as common as Smith and Jones?
