So I intially thought that Charlie Susano and Sheri Ridgeway had an opponent for Knox County Circuit Court Clerk. BUT after checking into it. This is for Anderson County. This gentleman ran as a write-in in May against William Jones and Rex Lynch. Lynch a former Anderson County Mayor won the Primary, now Fulton is running as a write-in for the General.
