This morning someone sent me a link to the latest Victor Ashe published opinion. The topic on this one is about a campaign mailer opposing the Knox County Mayor in its bid for Congress.

The headline says Matlock should be disqualified because of the mailer. Well, if that is Victor’s criteria, then when a court of law found that Victor had violated the Civil Rights of several City of Knoxville Firefighters, Victor should have been disqualified for being Ambassador and even as an opinion writer for the News Sentinel, he wasn’t.

In addition, he and wife Joan contributed heavily to the County Mayor and hosted a monitary shakedown at their home for the Mayor’s campaign for Congress.
