Knoxville based successful business Entreprenuer Mike Chase of the Copper Cellar Corporation has named a Treasurer for a potential 2019 Knoxville City Mayor Election. The Treasurer is popular former City Councilman and South Knoxville based Insurance Agency Owner Gary Underwood.
