We Welcome Lowell Russell, Republican candidate for TN State House District 21 (Loudon and Monroe Counties) Russell won the  August 2, 2018 Republican primary and faces a Democrat opponent. Russell began a career in law enforcement in 1995 at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. In 1998, he joined the Tennessee Highway Patrol, he was injured in the line of duty in 2012 and had to retire. Russell believes in the traditional conservative viewpoints of less government and citizen’s rights. He is a pro-life candidate and will be the voice of the voiceless and defend the rights of the unborn.
