My Favorite distillery H Clark Distillery in Thompson Station, TN was at Corks Wines & Spirits in Knoxville’s Old City.

I first met Heath Clark in September 2016 at a Whiskey Experience in Gatliburg. In July 2017, we traveled to Thompson Station to visit H Clark Distillery.

They produce a whiskey called Black & Tan that has a Scotch taste. They produce Bourbon (small batch and single barrel), they have a New Whiskey and their TN Dry Gin (the biggest seller and best gin on the market)
